When you add content to The Marketplace, that is your content and you are the owner of that Intellectual Property.
Permission to use your content – You grant us and any third party we might contract with for marketing or other purposes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to any and all Intellectual Property in any media at any time. If The Marketplace hires a marketing firm that uses the content you added to The Site, and they hire freelancers to assist them, you grant your Intellectual Property rights to all parties involved. To the fullest extent in accordance with applicable laws, you waive your right to enforce your intellectual property rights in that content against The Marketplace, our agents or any sub-contracted agents.
You represent and warrant that you own the Intellectual Property Rights to any content you add to The Site, and you warrant that all such content is accurate. You represent and warrant that use of such content and any derivative form of such content does not infringe upon the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party. The Marketplace is not responsible or liable for any content added by you or any third party.
The Marketplace does not guarantee that the content provided on the site or through our services will always be accurate or complete. You agree that The Marketplace is not responsible for any content or other information provided by third parties, on our site or via any other method of communication, and you agree to not attempt to hold us or our business partners liable for inaccuracies.
You agree that you will not post any content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or lewd in any way. Keep it classy! You agree that you will not post any content that is misleading or untruthful. Keep it honest!
All rights not expressly granted to you in this User Agreement are reserved and retained by The Marketplace.
