The Marketplace reserves the right to refuse, modify, or terminate our services to anyone, or to terminate this agreement with anyone at anytime and for any reason at our discretion. We also reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Should we modify this agreement all Users will be notified via the email address associated with their account. You may close your account on The Marketplace at any time. We’d hate to see you go, but if you do you agree to pay any outstanding amounts due to either The Marketplace or Sellers, to deliver any products that you may have sold, and to fulfill any other obligations as laid forth in this User Agreement. If you or The Marketplace closes your account, your information such as listings and orders may become lost. You agree that would be okay with you. We will not be liable for any effect that service refusal, modification, or termination might have on you, including your ability to earn money through The Marketplace and our Services.
If any of these conditions set forth in this User Agreement shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
