– Post or upload content in inappropriate categories or pages – Breach or circumvent our site and service – Use our site and service if your account has been suspended – Use our site and service if you are not legally allowed to do so – Fail to deliver items you sell – Manipulate any other users listings – Post any false or misleading content – Do anything to undermine the feedback and ratings – Transfer your account to another party – Distribute unsolicited advertising – Distribute virus or malicious software – Use any method of data mining or data collection – Use The Marketplace or it’s contents for third party purposes – Interfere with the functioning of our service – Violate any laws
This User Agreement does not include any resale or sub-licensing of the User Agreement, or of The Marketplace or use of The Marketplace Services.
You agree to; – Treat others with respect – Obey applicable laws – Operate your dealings with honesty and integrity
